Bird I is a work made by TANE and Mary Stuart, who was born in Providence, Rhode Island in the United States and studied at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington D.C. and then at L'Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, where she began to paint. In 1976 he received the Lincoln-Jua?rez Scholarship from the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Affairs to study muralism at the National School of Painting, Engraving and Sculpture La Esmeralda for three years. In 1979, he studied engraving at the Santo Domingo Mill in Mexico City. In 2000 she received a scholarship from the National System of Art Creators, FONCA, which she maintained until 2006. Her interest in muralism led her to Mexico, where she continued her education and obtained funding to carry out her work. Always passionate about abstraction and figuration, Mary has explored spirituality, nature and everyday life through painting, sculpture and object art.
